We invite you to follow these small rules of civility to avoid disturbing our neighbors and to make the stay pleasant for everyone.

Guidelines and prohibitions

  • Parties and events: It is not allowed to use the premises in a way that causes annoyance or disturbance to neighbors. Parties are strictly forbidden.
  • Quiet hours: We kindly ask you to respect the community peace by lowering the volume of TVs and radios, especially during rest hours:
    • From 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
    • From 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment and in all common areas of the Praleor condominium.
  • Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the property.
  • Laundry: Please hang out your laundry exclusively using the special drying rack provided on the balcony.
  • Bicycles and scooters: It is forbidden to bring them onto the condominium pedestrian paths. We invite you to use the designated rack located at the back of the building.
  • Green areas: Picnics are not allowed in the garden area or in any of the common condominium spaces.

Thanks to our convenient online check-in system, you can access the apartment completely independently and whenever you prefer, without any strict time constraints upon your arrival.

Yes, a free private parking space located directly inside the property is at our guests' complete disposal.

Our property is located less than 1 km from the historic center of Lazise, which can therefore be easily reached in a very short time.

The apartment features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen to ensure your maximum independence. However, if you prefer hotel comforts, breakfast is available for a fee at the Albergo Aquila, located right adjacent to our property.

Unfortunately not. According to the regulations, pets are not allowed inside the property.
